RESTRICTIONS/INFORMATION TO RENT

  • Must be born on or before September 1st, 1993, or have a boater’s safety license and be over 21 to rent a boat.
  • If born after September 1, 1993, you must be at least 21 and complete a boater safety course. No refunds will be issued if this course is not completed by the rental time and no other qualified drivers are available.
  • NO PETS on rentals.
  • We highly recommend our Damage Waiver: $750 deductible @ $15 per hour.
  • Parents/Guardians MUST provide life vests for children under the age of 2.
  • Payment in full is required at the time of booking, whether online or over the phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies only to self-driven boats. (Please refer to ATX Aquafun or Fun Ship page for their specific policies.)

  • Full payment is charged at the time of booking.
  • We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made up to 48 hours before your trip will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of your rental.
  • Weather cancellations are determined by the marina manager/owner.
